The individual memorials come from Madison's War Memorial: World War I, World War II, Korean War, Viet Nam War.  They are located in James Park.  James Park was the first public ground given to Madison.  It was a gift from D. Willis and Ellen S. James.  The dedication of the park was July 4, 1898.
The parks in Madison that are represented in the pictures shown below are: Cole Park, Dodge Field, Gibbons Pine Park, James Park, Memorial Park, Miller's Station, Niles Park and Summerhill Park.
