The individual memorials come from Madison's War Memorial: World War I, World War II, Korean War, Vietnam War.  They are located in James Park.  James Park was the first public ground given to Madison.  It was a gift from D. Willis and Ellen S. James.  The dedication of the park was July 4, 1898.

The parks in Madison that are represented in the pictures shown in the attached pdf are: Cole Park, Dodge Field, Gibbons Pine Park, James Park, Memorial Park, Miller's Station, Niles Park and Summerhill Park.
